Bea is an experienced financial advisor for over 25 years with a respected track record. She works in a fiduciary capacity with her advisory clients. Bea believes in getting to know her clients and their families to develop a plan that best suits them, Bea’s clients’ interest always comes first.
Bea has been working with the community and helping her clients pursue their financial goals, Bea strives to explain things in a clear and concise way to her clients, regardless of their investment experience. Bea’s passion is to guide her clients to their financial independence.
Bea is an avid traveler, loves art and animals. Bea lives in North Potomac, MD with her husband has two grown daughters, a cat and a dog.
Laura Starr Ramos ~ Office Manager & Marketing Specialist
Laura is has 20+ years’ experience as a serial entrepreneur starting and managing several successful businesses in the Washington, DC area. Laura joined the Prosperity team in 2021 bringing many years of expertise in working with businesses to help them run more effectively and take over marketing/events and office management. With a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Virginia Tech, Laura understands how important details and service are.
When not parenting her 2 young men, Laura volunteers with several local non-profit organizations that focus on homelessness, hunger, children and entrepreneurship.
Natalie Davis ~ Director of First Impressions
Natalie joined the Prosperity team in 2022 as Director of First Impressions. Her experience as a Medical Receptionist, running her own childcare business for over a decade and her welcoming personality, has made her customer service skills shine.
Natalie is a Rockville, MD native with a son in high school. She keeps busy with the activities that come with raising a teen, but doesn’t miss out on having fun!
